Requirements

  • Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Minnesota
  • Passion for patient care and education
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • A team-first mindset with a positive attitude
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
  • Educate patients on oral health, treatment needs, and long-term care
  • Perform SRP, prophy, periodontal maintenance, and screenings
  • Partner with the doctor to co-diagnose and drive patient outcomes
  • Build lasting relationships that keep patients coming back
  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
