Dental Treatment Coordinator - Caton J. State, DDS
About The Position
Caton J. State, DDS, part of the Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking a friendly, organized, and people-focused Front Office Coordinator to work in the Greater Sacramento Area. The coordinator serves as a welcoming first point of contact for patients and helps ensure visits run smoothly through teamwork, communication, and a positive approach. The role includes presenting treatment plans and scheduling appointments. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position requiring travel among offices in Placerville, El Dorado Hills, and Citrus Heights. Pay is $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Prior dental or healthcare front office experience.
- Willingness to commute to all three offices in Placerville, El Dorado Hills, and Citrus Heights.
- Strong communication skills and a helpful, kind, patient-focused approach.
- Comfort with scheduling software or willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Team-oriented approach and enthusiasm for contributing to the team.
Nice To Haves
- Specialty experience is a plus.
Responsibilities

- Handle insurance verifications and payments accurately.
- Keep communication and workflow moving between patients and the clinical team.
