About The Position

Chris Perkins DDS is hiring a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Kingwood, Texas. The coordinator is the welcoming face of a busy, established dental practice and helps patients understand and move forward with their dental care. The role involves patient communication, treatment-plan presentation, insurance knowledge, scheduling, and follow-up. The practice is led by Dr. Perkins and focuses on advanced dental treatment and implant dentistry, with an emphasis on helping patients improve their health, confidence, and quality of life.

The schedule is Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. The posting describes this as full-time benefits at 28 hours per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of dental front-office experience.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs.
• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, including calls from new patients and patients with emergencies.
• Establish trusting relationships with new patients.
• Track pending and incomplete treatments.
• Brief patients on treatment plans and practice policies.
• Present treatment plans.
• Help ensure dental goals are met in relation to dental services.
• Schedule appointments.
• Request records.
• Follow up with patients.
• Apply knowledge of case acceptance, budgeting, and insurance.
