About The Position

The Dental Treatment Coordinator helps patients understand their treatment plans and the importance of their oral health. The role presents treatment options, obtains financial consent, and supports patients with payment plans. It also ensures treatment plans are accurate in the system, maintains a productive schedule, coordinates with labs to ensure cases are complete before appointments, and completes administrative tasks accurately and on time. Requirements

High school diploma required.
At least two years of experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment.
Superior communication and customer service skills, with a desire to help patients.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and dental software.

Nice To Haves

A degree or additional education in a business or healthcare discipline.
Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits.
Experience with Dentrix.
