About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in copywriting or content writing.
• Experience writing for digital channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.
• Strong grasp of grammar, sentence structure, editing, and word choice.
• Ability to write for a range of channels, industries, and audiences, including web, blog, email, social, and ads.
• Strong research, fact-checking, critical-thinking, and editorial judgment skills.
• Understanding of SEO and GEO best practices, including keyword research and AI-driven search optimization.
• Creative storytelling ability and an eye for engaging, on-brand content.
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot and social media scheduling tools such as SocialPilot.
• Comfort using AI writing tools to support content creation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Portfolio of published or client-facing writing samples.
• Experience with SEO-focused content development.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for websites, blogs, social media, and digital ads to drive traffic and revenue.
• Publish and schedule content across CMS and social platforms in accordance with approved content calendars.
• Develop content strategies and calendars aligned with client goals.
• Maintain and apply consistent brand voice and messaging for assigned clients.
• Apply SEO and GEO best practices, including keyword research and optimization for AI-generated answers.
• Support website content planning, including recommendations for page structure and content organization.
• Conduct client, audience, and competitor research to inform content development.
• Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for improvement, including AI visibility.
• Participate in client calls to present strategy, performance, and recommendations.
• Use AI tools to support content efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to keep content aligned and on-brand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
