The Content Strategist turns the practices of top-performing salespeople and trainers into practical, engaging, step-by-step sales-learning content. This is a content role with no sales quota, but it requires at least three years of sales experience. The strategist works with leading sales trainers and practitioners to develop actionable and fun content, including YouTube videos, newsletters, blog posts, toolkits, courses, sponsored concepts, and new series. The role involves shaping concepts and lessons, storyboarding video content, interviewing successful sellers, and turning their experiences into tactical content for 30MPC. The team creates content in person in New York City, meeting face-to-face three times per week; the role also involves team retreats. Compensation is $100,000–$145,000 annually, with the level and pay band based on the candidate’s experience. The company may occasionally start the working relationship with a paid 30-day trial before moving to full-time.
