About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field required.
• Minimum 4-5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or community-based organizations.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through execution and evaluation.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics, content management systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms to reach diverse audiences.
• Support marketing strategies for service lines, programs, and clinic locations by aligning with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution and impactful results.
• Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage campaign-level budgets efficiently.
• Support community outreach activities and events to enhance brand presence.
• Conduct market research and gather audience insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities for marketing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
