About The Position

Oxland Builders, LLC is a growing residential remodeling company focused on providing clients with the highest level of quality, service, and customer satisfaction. The Business Operations Manager is vital to accomplishing this goal. This role requires an individual comfortable with both high-level operational decision-making and essential frontline tasks, including answering phones and supporting customer communication. The ideal candidate will embody Oxland Builders’ core vision and values: Kindness, Dependability, Commitment, Honesty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, construction, or related field or progressive responsibilities/experience in construction operations may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years experience in operations, office management, or business management.
  • Strong financial literacy (understanding of bookkeeping, job costing, budgeting).
  • Experience managing teams and cross‑department workflows.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction software (QuickBooks, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, JobTread, etc. preferred).
  • Be well organized and motivated.
  • Proficient speaking, writing, and communicating in the English language.
  • Competent mathematical skills.
  • Highly proficient knowledge of computers including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Familiar with construction project tracking software and a willingness to learn with a goal of proficiency for all projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Construction, residential remodeling, or design‑build experience are strongly preferred.
