About The Position
TriBridge Residential is actively seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our One305 property, located in Charlotte, NC. TriBridge is a full-service multifamily investment, management, and development company based in Atlanta, GA, with over 7,500 units and $1.2 billion in assets under management. Since 1990, the partners of TriBridge have overseen $3.15 billion in acquisitions and development across 35,000 units. TriBridge focuses on markets in the Southeast and provides a vertically-integrated platform with a 20+ year track record through its subsidiaries and affiliates. Our current opportunity is for an Assistant Community Manager who will work in partnership with the Community Manager to direct property operations, using this partnership to enhance property performance and develop their skills as
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Must have minimum 2-3 year of Assistant Manager experience.
- Must have proficient Yardi knowledge and skills
- Must have experience working in the multi-family or property management industry
Nice To Haves
- undergraduate degree a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the supervision of all on-site staff at the Community
- Oversee and maintain company customer service standards; work with residents to resolve resident problems and complaints
- Oversee and direct leasing efforts, including maintaining marketing plans, overseeing traffic, leasing success, utilizing telephone and leasing skills with prospective residents and directing the renewal effort
- Train and develop community team members; develop staff to practice a customer-friendly environment effectively
- Assist with all daily, weekly and monthly financial, leasing and bond reporting; work with staff to ensure apartments are make-ready and available
- Prepare all community correspondence and present to the Community Manager for signature prior to distribution
