About The Position
The Area Business Manager - Metabolics is responsible for achieving assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets. This role involves effective field work with minimal supervision, daily reporting on the assigned online system, and meeting specific norms for call average, coverage, and frequency. The primary goal is to generate maximum prescriptions, increase market share, and promote the division's products according to strategy. The role also includes building relationships with stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists, facilitating strategy building, and acting as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
- BSc/B. Pharma minimum education
- 2+ Yrs of experience
- Prior/current experience in same therapy
- Fluent and confident in communication
Nice To Haves
- Fresher with good communication and analytical skill may also consider
- Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage
Responsibilities
- Achieving assigned territory/geography wise sales target
- Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
- Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
- Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division
- Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
- Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
- Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
- Facilitating Strategy building
- A good Brand Ambassador
