About The Position

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a CSR or Administrative Assistant.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

• Four years of experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• ServiceTitan experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and jobs through effective phone customer service.
• Assist Project Managers with scheduling field production labor.
• Assist Technicians with job, material, and customer solutions.
• Assist with permitting tasks.
• Work as a team with production, purchasing, and management staff to bring projects from conception to completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
