The primary objective of the Account Manager role is to increase customer lifetime value by accelerating activations, driving expansion revenue, and maximizing long-term retention across Teal's strategic accounts. This role is responsible for maximizing the growth, adoption, and long-term value for Teal's strategic customer relationships. This role owns the successful onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention of assigned accounts, helping customers deploy faster, realize value sooner, and expand their use of Teal over time. The Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders while proactively driving device activations, identifying expansion opportunities, and removing barriers that slow revenue realization. This is a highly strategic, revenue impacting role that sits at the center of Teal's growth strategy and works cross functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Support to ensure customer success at scale.
