Warehouse Operations Manager Jobs

About The Position

Requirements

• Warehouse experience in a small or mid‑sized facility
• Strong understanding of inventory systems (ERP/WMS)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Solid communication and problem‑solving skills
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Familiarity with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, Freight)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with lean operations
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment

Responsibilities

• Oversee picking, packing, receiving, and shipping workflows.
• Maintain accurate stock counts, conduct cycle counts, and reduce shrink.
• Train, coach, and schedule a small warehouse staff.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment are maintained and safe.
