Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide clear, helpful, and courteous client service.
  • Schedule appointments and help coordinate the hospital’s daily workflow.
  • Assist clients during check-in and check-out.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient information.
  • Document client communication thoroughly and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members.
  • Help clients navigate hospital services, recommendations, and general pet-care needs.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through to positive outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that improve communication, workflow, and client service.
  • Support teammates wherever needed to help create an exceptional experience for pets and their people.
