About The Position
New Baltimore Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Veterinary Assistant/Veterinary Receptionist for a hybrid role combining front-desk and patient-care duties. The position pays $16–$17 per hour, based on experience, and has a three-day workweek. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients warmly and help visits start smoothly.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and check clients in and out.
- Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care, handling, and restraint.
- Keep exam rooms and treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready.
- Communicate clearly with clients and the veterinary team.
- Help wherever needed, from the front desk to the treatment area, to keep the day running smoothly.
