Requirements

  • 2 years of Microsoft Office experience, including Excel
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, such as standing for extended periods and lifting 50 lbs
  • Great critical thinking, active listening, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly professional and ethical with a positive attitude
  • A reliable self-starter

Nice To Haves

  • Veterinary technology degree OR a human healthcare certification
  • 2+ years of vet tech OR human healthcare experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with mentoring/training a team
  • Experience supervising a team

Responsibilities

  • Checking in on each furry guest
  • Administering medications per their individualized directives
  • Updating charts to ensure their health is monitored with precision
  • Keeping your environment clean and disinfected, maintaining a safe and welcoming space for all animals in our care
  • Collaborating with team members
  • Providing critical support during wellness evaluations
  • Ensuring our pets receive the attention and comfort they deserve
