About The Position

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor, lead, or assistant manager in a retail or fast-food environment.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid, infraction-free driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes of the workday.
• Ability to occasionally push and pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force, such as when using a hand truck.
• Ability to occasionally climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials and/or place or remove signage.
• Comfort working in small spaces at some locations.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Complete the Manager-In-Training program under the supervision of a Store Manager.
• Learn to manage, direct, and supervise the daily operations of the store.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members in accordance with company goals, policies, and procedures.
• Coach, train, and develop team members and help them advance in their careers.
