About The Position

Tidewater, a business development firm in Atlanta, is hiring an Assistant Manager Trainee to promote and educate potential consumers on behalf of a telecommunications partner. The role is designed to train entry-level professionals for a management position within the next few months. The Assistant Manager Trainee supports sales team operations and revenue growth while developing communication, negotiation, and management skills.

Requirements

• Must be able to commute to the office every day.
• At least 12 months of experience in a client-facing role.
• Working toward an associate or bachelor’s degree at a college or university.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a professional setting.
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members and help maintain a motivating work environment.

• Assist with recruiting, training, and evaluating the performance of sales representatives.
