About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Meet established goals by consistently demonstrating effective sales and service skills.
• Consult with members about SCCU products and services and recommend additional offerings to address their needs.
• Periodically serve as floor manager, assess walk-in members’ needs, direct them to appropriate information sources, maintain lobby efficiency, and minimize wait times.
• Perform member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and sales of monetary instruments.
• Accurately balance cash, monetary instruments, and daily work to maintain member account integrity.
• Service existing deposit and loan accounts and assist members with transactions and account maintenance.
• Use the computer terminal, online system, required commands, general ledger fee codes, and transaction codes to produce accurate work.
