About The Position

CCFBank is seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Teller to help customers with their banking needs and build and maintain customer relationships. This fast-paced, interactive role involves processing deposits and other financial transactions, cashing checks, accepting loan and credit card payments, answering customer questions, and referring customers to appropriate departments and services. The position requires a patient, stable, service- and team-oriented approach, consistency with repetitive routines, and careful attention to detail and quality.

The role is currently based on-site in Oakdale, Minnesota, through early December 2026. The branch is scheduled to permanently relocate to Hudson, Wisconsin, in early December 2026. The successful candidate must be able to work on-site in Minnesota until the relocation is complete and will be subject to Minnesota withholding and Paid Leave. This is a part-time position of 16 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday work week. Pay is $17.00–$19.60 per hour and may vary based on experience. The position is eligible for an annual bonus of 1.5%–3% of salary based on company goals and performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Process customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service; listen to and address customer questions and concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and introduce customers to products and services.
• Refer customers to appropriate departments to support their banking needs and customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.
• Maintain compliance with Bank policies, procedures, processes, and applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations.
• Adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities specific to the position.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
