About The Position

National Bank of Arizona is hiring a Client Service Associate (Teller) for its Gainey/Scottsdale branch. The role serves clients by accurately processing banking transactions, providing account-related services, resolving problems, and identifying opportunities to recommend bank products based on client needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., for 40 hours per week. The pay range is $17.00 to $21.75 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify and address clients’ needs by providing services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing or activating ATM cards, making money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
• Resolve clients’ problems through direct action or by referring them to appropriate branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities by exploring clients’ needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
