About The Position

National Bank of Arizona is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) for its Gainey/Scottsdale branch. The role processes client debit and credit transactions accurately and in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record. It provides a variety of banking services, addresses and resolves client needs, and identifies opportunities to recommend bank products based on client needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., for 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify and address client needs by providing services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing or activating ATM cards, making money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
• Resolve client problems through direct action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities by exploring client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
