About The Position

Vectra Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide customer service at its Broomfield branch. The role serves clients by accurately processing transactions, addressing banking needs, resolving problems, and identifying relevant opportunities to connect clients with bank products and services. The position is scheduled for 40 hours Monday through Saturday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
Solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Identify and address clients’ needs by providing services such as opening accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing or activating ATM cards, making money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
Resolve clients’ problems through direct action or referral to other branch or bank resources.
Explore clients’ needs and identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products.
Perform other duties as assigned.
