About The Position

Vectra Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide customer service at its Littleton branch. The role processes client transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record. It also provides a range of account and banking services, resolves client issues, and identifies opportunities to offer relevant bank products based on client needs. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
Solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Identify and address client needs by providing services such as opening accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing or activating ATM cards, transferring money, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
Resolve client problems directly or refer clients to appropriate branch or bank resources.
Identify and maximize bank cross-selling opportunities by exploring client needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
