About The Position

National Bank of Arizona is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to join its Wellton branch. The role supports clients and the community by accurately processing banking transactions, providing account and other banking services, resolving client issues, and identifying opportunities to connect clients with relevant bank products. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., for 40 hours per week. The pay range is $17.00–$21.75 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify and address client needs by providing services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing or activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
• Resolve client problems through direct action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities by exploring client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
