About The Position

Vectra Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) for its Pueblo Downtown branch in Pueblo, Colorado. The role provides customer service to clients and customers and supports their financial goals through accurate transaction processing, banking services, issue resolution, and identifying relevant product opportunities. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and related experience in cashiering, customer service, balancing, or a similar area.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
Solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Identify and address clients’ needs by providing services that may include opening accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing or activating ATM cards, making money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
Resolve clients’ problems directly or refer them to appropriate branch or bank resources.
Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities by exploring clients’ needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
