About The Position

Vectra Bank is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) for its Speer Blvd Branch in Denver, Colorado. The role provides customer service to clients and customers and supports their financial needs through accurate transaction processing and a variety of banking services. The associate resolves client issues, identifies opportunities to connect clients with relevant bank products, and works in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
Solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Identify and address client needs by providing services such as opening accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing or activating ATM cards, making money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
Resolve client problems directly or refer clients to other branch or bank resources.
Explore client needs to identify and maximize opportunities to cross-sell bank products.
Perform other duties as assigned.
