About The Position

Vectra Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide customer service to clients at its Littleton branch. The role processes debit and credit transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record. It also provides a range of account and banking services, responds to client problems, and identifies opportunities to recommend bank products based on clients’ needs. The schedule is 40 hours Monday through Saturday. The position offers an hourly base salary of $20.00–$22.50, depending on job-related factors such as experience and location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify and address client needs by providing services such as opening accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing or activating ATM cards, transferring money, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
• Resolve client problems directly or refer clients to appropriate branch or bank resources.
• Explore client needs and identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
