About The Position

The Teller conducts credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures. The role maintains an appropriate cash supply and prepares daily proof records while maintaining an acceptable difference record. The Teller may process night deposits and ATM transactions, provide excellent service to bank customers, and refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution. Other duties may be assigned.

This role requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools, generally obtained through work experience, and may require vocational or technical education. Work is performed under moderate supervision. Problems are typically routine but may sometimes require interpreting or departing from standard procedures. The role communicates information that may require explanation or interpretation.

The position requires standing for extended periods and lifting objects up to 30 pounds. Compensation depends on factors including education, work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Eligible teammates may participate in a benefits package, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
