About The Position

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret and communicate data clearly
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting or business intelligence tools
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience creating dashboards and translating insights into business recommendations
• Understanding of forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment concepts
• Ability to work independently while driving accountability across stakeholders
• Continuous improvement mindset and passion for operational excellence
• General understanding of ERP, inventory management, and supply chain systems
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, procurement, or a related field
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in nutraceuticals is a strong plus
• Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational scorecards
• Analyze inventory trends and recommend actions to optimize stock levels and reduce disruptions
• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning activities across product lines
• Monitor vendor performance and track adherence to SLAs and turnaround expectations
• Partner with Operations and Customer Experience teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues impacting customers
• Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Support procurement and vendor management processes through reporting and analytics
• Maintain accurate supply chain and inventory data across systems and reporting tools
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Other duties, as required
