About The Position

The Business System Analyst for the N-MCS System validates new system features through testing and user training, and provides feedback to the headquarters development team. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to quickly adapt to existing intranet systems and infrastructure. This is a one-year, full-time, on-site contract position with working hours of 9 AM to 6 PM. Korean and English fluency are required.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and proficiency in Korean.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in this field or a related area of IT.
• Experience managing, designing, and evaluating large-scale projects.
• Understanding of basic networking terminology and concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and ability to quickly learn new software tools.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with databases such as Oracle.
• Development experience using Java, Spring, and SQL.
• Experience with multiple operating systems, including Windows, UNIX, and Linux.
