About The Position
The Business System Analyst for the N-MCS System validates new system features through testing and user training, and provides feedback to the headquarters development team. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to existing intranet systems and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in this field or a related area of IT.
- Experience managing, designing, and evaluating large-scale projects.
- Understanding of basic networking terminology and concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn, excel, and deliver quickly.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Korean.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle and development using Java, Spring, and SQL.
- Experience with multiple operating systems, including Windows, UNIX, and Linux.
