About The Position

This role supports a rapidly expanding e-commerce business and primarily involves business analysis and communication between business users and the system development team. It also includes some traditional user interface and application module management. The analyst reviews user requirements, creates documentation to communicate requirements between business users and developers, and monitors and tests new development. The position requires Korean and English bilingual proficiency and is based in Plano, Texas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT- and/or MIS-related discipline.
• Bilingual in English and Korean, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages.
• More than 9 years of business process analysis experience.
• System analysis ability and knowledge of system interfaces, including XML.
• Knowledge of generating system and business process documentation.
• Critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with coworkers and other staff.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Database development experience, including advanced SQL programming.

Nice To Haves

• Sales or logistics experience related to e-commerce systems.
• Strong business-process analysis and consulting skills, including the ability to lead and guide clients.
• Knowledge of ERP logistics and general logistics and supply-chain processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and web-system management.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing multiple clients across divisions.
• Ability to work to deadlines independently and as part of a team.
• Retail or e-commerce experience, or an internship in e-commerce.
