About The Position

The Sales Reporting System Analyst supports the sales organization through data analysis, lead management, reporting, and operational coordination. The role maintains sales data integrity, produces reports to support strategic decision-making, and ensures sales opportunities are distributed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has strong reporting and analytical experience, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with Delphi FDC, Cvent, and Knowland. Experience with Amaze is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Delphi FDC, Cvent, and reporting tools.
• Experience with reporting systems and lead management processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Hospitality, sales support, or revenue management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign and distribute incoming sales leads to appropriate sales managers based on market segment, account ownership, geographic territory, and business needs.
• Create and distribute ad hoc sales reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
