About The Position

The PBX Operator Supervisor supervises daily communications operations at Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort, helping deliver memorable guest experiences. The role oversees the communications team and ensures service standards are met for call handling, message delivery, emergency responses, and sharing guest information. It also leads daily team operations, supports resolution of guest concerns, and keeps team members informed about hotel services and local attractions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee communications team members in call handling, message delivery, emergency responses, and guest information sharing, ensuring service standards are met.
• Schedule shifts, assign tasks, train staff, and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns and support team members with complex or escalated issues.
• Provide regular updates and training so the team is informed about hotel offerings, services, and local attractions.
