Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians and support staff involved in our operations. This includes Technicians, Service Coordinators, Technical Support, Pre-Sales Support and Project Managers & Coordinators.
• Provide leadership, guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market share in related services.
• Focus on high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Own and manage your teams P&L Financials in order to achieve goals.
• Manage costs to support revenue.
• Implement cost control measures and ensure accountability.
• Manage inventory utilization and local processes to keep costs in line with business demands.
• Grow billed work and maintenance services revenue.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of system installations, inspections, and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints.
• Ensure processes are followed and adopted by all team members to facilitate a positive customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety codes, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain the highest standards of service quality and safety.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.
• Manage inventory levels, equipment, and resources effectively to support operational requirements and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes, enhance efficiency, and streamline workflows.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to incorporate into operations where applicable.
