About The Position
Unity Communications is seeking a Scheduler / Appointment Coordinator to support remote scheduling operations in a customer-facing environment.
Requirements
- Scheduling, coordination, or customer service experience
- C2 / Native English required
- Calendar management skills
- Fast typing and multitasking
- Weekend and evening availability required
Nice To Haves
- CRM experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules
- Coordinate schedules across teams and departments
- Update CRM and scheduling tools
- Maintain records and productivity reports
- Handle urgent same-day changes
- Provide professional communication in English
