We are NOW HIRING for a Wellness Coordinator (Scheduler) to join our clinical nursing care team. This is a FULL-TIME position, Monday-Friday (37.50 hours per week). Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work within the Nursing Department
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow through
  • Good computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience in Assisted Living preferred
  • Some knowledge of schedules preferred
  • CNA, HHA, Caregiver experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and monitors Caregiver and Nursing schedules and attendance.
  • Supports the Business Office Manager with payroll and status updates.
  • Coordinates with agency providers to obtain proper staffing for call-outs and scheduled vacations.
  • Supports Wellness Director and assistant with other duties as assigned as part of the wellness team.
