Scheduler - USACE Sentinel Program Omaha, NE
About The Position
ASR International Corporation is seeking a Scheduler or Senior Scheduler to create and maintain Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules using Primavera P6, analyze contractor schedules, and support Time Impact Analyses for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) construction projects. Work locations are determined by individual task orders. All personnel must complete required training, including the USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors course, safety training, and annual Ethics training. Candidates must be E-Verify eligible. Background investigations, Common Access Card (CAC) issuance, and/or security clearance may be required at the task order level. Candidates should submit a resume highlighting relevant experience and qualifications and indicate the position title in the application subject line.
Requirements
- For the Scheduler level: at least five years of experience using Primavera P6 on vertical, renovation, medical, pharmaceutical, or heavy-highway construction projects.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CPM scheduling.
- Must be E-Verify eligible.
- Must complete required training, including the USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors course, safety training, and annual Ethics training.
Nice To Haves
- For the Senior Scheduler level: at least ten years of experience using Primavera P6.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update baseline and monthly CPM schedules with narratives.
- Analyze contractor schedules and advise on the acceptability of revisions.
- Perform Time Impact Analyses for REAs or claims.
- Coordinate multi-project schedules and identify critical paths.
