Land Surveyor - USACE Sentinel Program Omaha, NE
About The Position
ASR International Corporation is seeking a licensed Land Surveyor to document latitude/longitude and elevation at quality assurance testing sites, verify quantities, and support construction surveying needs on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Northwestern Division projects. Work locations are determined by individual task orders. The surveyor may also provide training in proper inspection techniques when requested. All personnel must complete required training, including the USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors course, safety training, and annual Ethics training. Candidates must be E-Verify eligible. Background investigations, Common Access Card (CAC) issuance, and/or security clearance may be required at the task order level. The salary range is described as a good-faith estimate covering all experience levels; compensation offers may take into account the role, responsibilities, work experience, location, education and training, and skills. Requirements
- Must be licensed in the state where surveying is performed.
- Must be self-supporting and have all necessary equipment.
- Must be eligible for E-Verify.
- Must complete required USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors, safety, and annual Ethics training.
- Background investigations, CAC issuance, and/or security clearance may be required at the task order level.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with construction surveying is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Document quality assurance testing site locations and elevations.
- Work with the QC Surveyor to verify elevations and quantities for payment.
- Perform surveying-related work not completed by the QC Surveyor.
- Provide training in proper inspection techniques as requested.
