About The Position
Our client is an established lighting manufacturer seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the central United States. This role is ideal for a lighting-industry sales professional with experience developing territories, managing independent representatives, and building relationships across specification, distribution, and commercial channels. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding regional sales, strengthening channel relationships, and supporting a network of independent agents and manufacturer’s representatives. The successful candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, commercial judgment, and the ability to work effectively with architects, lighting designers, specifiers, distributors, contractors, and other key partners.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in lighting or a related electrical-products market.
- Experience managing a regional or multi-state territory.
- Strong knowledge of architectural, specification, or commercial lighting.
- Experience working with independent agents or manufacturer’s representatives.
- Strong communication, relationship-management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the central United States.
Responsibilities

- Build relationships with specification, distribution, and commercial channel partners.
- Support major projects, strategic accounts, and market-development initiatives.
