About The Position
Reed Restaurant Repair is seeking a Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician in Denver, CO. This full-time role offers a potential yearly earning of $70K-$110K+ with overtime and performance bonuses. The company specializes in the entire restaurant ecosystem, providing backup, tech support, and organized dispatch. Technicians can expect professional respect, opportunities for skill expansion in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, and hot-side equipment, and a supportive crew. Perks include PTO after 30 days, a paid birthday off, and a company van to take home.
Requirements
- At least 1+ year of field experience (HVAC or Refrigeration).
- EPA Certification is required.
- Clean driving record.
- Pass a background check.
- Must have own basic hand tools.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the commercial kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain RTUs, split systems, and make-up air units.
- Diagnose and repair walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.
- Maintain hot-side equipment (ovens, fryers, grills).
- Work independently while staying connected via our mobile app.
