We are looking for an experienced In-House Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter who understands the chaotic nature of emergency restaurant service. You will be the gatekeeper for our culture, sourcing top-tier talent across HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, and Commercial Kitchen Equipment, helping us to continue building a great company. More importantly, you are coming in at ground zero. You won't just be filling open seats—you will be architecting our entire recruitment engine from scratch. We need a builder who can implement the right systems, define the process, and then execute it relentlessly to hire the best talent in the industry.
