About The Position
Triangle Veterinary Referral Hospital of Holly Springs is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to serve as the hospital’s financial and operational leader. The role works with hospital leadership and Community Veterinary Partners (CVP) to support efficient day-to-day operations and successful financial performance. The Practice Manager leads by example, motivating and supporting the team to provide an excellent experience for clients and their pets and to maintain high-quality patient care. The hospital describes its environment as supportive and collaborative, with a skilled support team and a modern, well-equipped facility. Triangle Veterinary Referral Hospital of Holly Springs has served the Holly Springs community for 11 years and participates in local shelter partnerships and community events.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hospital management experience.
Nice To Haves
- Emergency or specialty experience.
- College education.
- Veterinary practice management certification.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance.
- Oversee hospital operations, inventory, equipment, and compliance.
- Handle client concerns and support marketing and community outreach.
- Monitor budgets, payroll, expenses, and financial results.
- Lead and support hospital team members.
- Work with hospital leadership and Community Veterinary Partners to support efficient operations and financial performance.
