About The Position

The Practice Manager is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of The Lankenau Heart Group in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. The role uses team-building and leadership skills to support strategic initiatives and develop the practice to its fullest potential. It also oversees established financial processes and ensures staff carry out daily business functions and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of previous management experience, or at least 5 years of medical practice experience with full knowledge of front office procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of third-party insurance plans, including PPO, HMO, and Fee-for-Service plans, and the managed care environment.
• High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

• Strong project management skills.
• BA/BS degree.
