About The Position

AllCare is hiring a full-time Practice Manager to oversee operations and business performance across multiple Primary/Immediate Care centers in the Atlanta metro area. The role is hands-on and includes responsibility for staffing, scheduling, facilities, clinic operations, and financial performance. Practice Managers work on-site at clinics on weekdays and share rotating weekend coverage with the broader Practice Manager team. Multi-site travel is required, potentially reaching approximately 90% across assigned clinics. The Practice Manager leads non-provider clinic teams, including Medical Assistants and center staff, and serves as the direct point of contact for providers on center-level operational matters. The role partners with providers and operations leadership to resolve issues quickly and support consistent care delivery across sites. AllCare is growing and actively developing policies and standard workflows, so the successful candidate will be comfortable building processes and working amid ambiguity. In the first 60–90 days, success includes stabilizing staffing and schedules across assigned clinics, implementing consistent workflows, establishing clear performance expectations, improving team morale, reducing avoidable issues and patient experience escalations, and improving operational KPIs.

  • Ability to manage payroll and scheduling rhythms, hold teams accountable, and handle ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of EMR systems and strong computer skills, including the Microsoft suite.
  • Understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control basics, with the ability to enforce standards consistently.

  • Identify operational and growth opportunities to improve clinic performance.
  • Oversee scheduling, patient throughput, provider utilization, and center-level revenue cycle management processes in partnership with central teams.
  • Lead non-provider clinic teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management for Medical Assistants and center staff.
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for providers on center-level operational issues, concerns, and clinic performance matters.
  • Manage clinic execution, including scheduling coverage, workflows, supplies and inventory, HIPAA and OSHA compliance, and patient escalations.
  • Partner with providers and operations leadership to solve problems quickly and keep care delivery consistent across sites.
  • Work on-site at clinics and travel among assigned clinics, with travel potentially up to approximately 90%.
  • Share rotating weekend coverage responsibility with the broader Practice Manager team.
