Practice Manager - Multi-Clinic Operations

AllCare Georgia•Alpharetta, GA

About The Position

AllCare is hiring a Practice Manager to provide hands-on operational oversight across multiple Primary/Immediate Care centers in the Atlanta metro market. The role owns clinic-level business performance and operational success, including utilization, quality, patient experience, and profitability. The Practice Manager monitors revenue and operational KPIs, manages clinic budgets and monthly performance against targets, identifies operational and growth opportunities, and partners with central teams to improve scheduling, patient throughput, provider utilization, and revenue cycle management. The Practice Manager directly leads non-provider clinic teams, including Medical Assistants and center staff, through hiring, coaching, and performance management. The role is the center-level point of contact for providers on operational issues and performance concerns, and is responsible for staffing coverage, workflows, supplies and inventory, compliance, and patient escalations. The position requires on-site work in clinics and travel between assigned locations, up to approximately 90% of the time. AllCare operates seven days a week and on some holidays. Practice Managers are expected to be on-site on weekdays and share rotating weekend coverage with the broader Practice Manager team. This is a hands-on role in a growing company, requiring ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and readiness to help develop and implement policies and standard work. In the first 60–90 days, success includes stabilizing staffing and schedules, implementing consistent workflows, setting clear performance expectations, improving team morale, reducing avoidable issues and patient escalations, and improving operational KPIs.
