About The Position

Middlesex Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to serve as the hospital’s financial and operational leader. The Practice Manager works with hospital leadership and Community Veterinary Partners (CVP) to support efficient day-to-day operations and strong financial performance. The role leads by example to motivate and inspire the team to deliver an excellent experience for clients and their pets, while supporting high-quality patient care and a positive, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hospital management experience.

• College education.
• Veterinary practice management certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Oversee hospital operations, inventory, equipment, and compliance.
• Handle client concerns and support marketing and community outreach.
