About The Position
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. This role also involves appointment scheduling.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
- Current BLS certificate.
Nice To Haves
- Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.
