About The Position
BMW of Fort Washington is hiring a Parts Advisor/Parts Counterperson for its Parts department. The role assists customers and internal teams with parts inquiries and supports accurate, efficient parts operations. Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealer Management System, and/or Point of Sales (POS) systems.
Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and internal teams with parts-related questions in person, by email, and by phone.
- Communicate estimated parts shipping and arrival times and support technical parts questions.
- Accurately record parts transactions and data in the Dealer Management System.
- Prioritize and manage a high volume of work efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain daily metric goals.
- Perform other duties as needed.
