Parts Advisor
About The Position
The Parts Advisor provides customer service and parts support at Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor. The role serves customers in person and by phone, manages parts inventory and reordering, and ensures parts are delivered accurately and on time. The position uses dealership software such as CDK or Reynolds. The dealership is a Chevrolet and Cadillac operation with new and pre-owned sales, service, parts, and collision repair. It is part of Lithia & Driveway, which describes its approach as creating simple, transparent, and convenient customer experiences throughout the vehicle-ownership lifecycle. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays every third Saturday. Pay will be discussed during in-person interviews. Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent and at least 18 years old. The workplace is drug-free, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Parts Advisor with GM brands.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with CDK or Reynolds systems.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
